There have been some changes to the WCB Act and Regulations this year. Basically what’s happening as of April 1, traumatic psychological injury, like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is now compensatable under the WCB Act and Regulations. As of September 1, 2018 if workers worked a year or more at your company, you are going to have to have modified work or alternative work if they’re injured either physically or psychologically.
